A world without Rivalry?

We have came along all this way, on the principle of, survival of the fittest. We have developed a big brain, which is making me to write all this, and much more superior to all other living beings. Now we have started this fight among us humans, we are not leaving that basic instinct. Do we need it anymore, Dont we need a change? I think it should change from survival of the fittest to survival of all. Recently, while talking with a guy(on wine table), who studies Kant Philosophy, he somehow suggested that Africa is not a place fit for survival, and was somehow trying to convince us of it, and I must admit, that was the most stupid thing I have heard in Europe. I dont know, if it had anything to do with Kant, but it certainly makes it clear, how confused people are, trying to explain this huge differences in human standard of living.
I wish a world, where any human at least, for first 15 years of nurture, could receive equal care and treatment.
